As a highly successful startup, Plex already had a significant core of users but had reached a stage in its growth where it needed to expand to a wider, more mainstream audience. Our team designed a multi-platform, year-long social media and digital campaign to meet that objective.

We focused on A-B testing every key element of the campaign for optimal impact, from messaging and imagery to targeting, platforms and ad products. We also optimized landing page environments to match messaging and audience targeting.

We grew the program into a multi-million dollar media campaign. It drove profitable user acquisition, represented approximately 20 percent of monthly user growth and reduced acquisition costs by more than 8 times.
