Puls, a San Diego-based startup, offers a Lyft-style on-demand smartphone repair service in most major U.S. cities. To help reach prospective customers, we designed a six-month-long influencer marketing program using our Sparkcell Connect methodology.
We started by recruiting a group of highly credible influencers that appealed to the Puls’ target audience. Working with these influencers, we developed an ongoing stream of content that focused on highlighting the value of the service.
To reach customers looking for smartphone repair, we optimized the content to appear in key branded and unbranded online searches. Our twenty-four influencer videos generated more than 1.5 million minutes of watch time and an average watch time/view of 3.7 minutes.
